Introductory Meeting for Full Analysis

Service Description

The full hybrid work analysis consists of three to four one-hour meetings, a summary presentation, and an optimized schedule(s). In the introductory meeting, we will discuss the general structure of your office, your goals, and how Palim Consulting can help you. We will also discuss the information that we will need from you, and if necessary we can schedule a follow-up meeting for further discussions. Once we have the information we need, we will modify our model, program any changes, incorporate your data and run the code. We will then analyze the results and create a report which summarizes the findings from the analysis. The next meeting we will present our analysis and optimized schedule(s) and discuss our findings. If you have follow up questions which require further investigation we can schedule another meeting if necessary. The introductory meeting is free, and if you decide to continue with the full analysis the standard fee is €5.000. However, if your case is particularly complicated or unique we will determine a custom price by the end of the introductory meeting.
